How renting works
To select your dates:
Choose a rental start date (the date you would like to receive or pick up your rental) from the available dates on the calendar provided.
Note that Saturdays and Sundays are not available for delivery.
Keep in mind that the standard rental period is 4 days.
If your rental period includes a weekend or public holiday, the collection will be scheduled for the next working day.

Our two shipping methods:
Self-collection and return from our Pretoria Studio:
You can collect your rental anytime between 9am and 5pm on your rental start date. Please make sure to return the item yourself before 1pm on the final day of your rental.
Nationwide delivery:
We will deliver your rental between 9am and 5pm on your rental start date. If your event was over the weekend, the rental will be collected between 12pm and 5pm on the following Monday. Otherwise, it will be collected on the fourth day of your rental period.
Please ensure that you are available to hand over the parcel and keep your phone on during the delivery or collection process.
