Terms and Conditions

Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners, and American Express Cards. Bank transfer details can be provided upon request.

Card Security: Card transactions are processed through Payfast, which uses SSL3 encryption. Card details are not stored on the website.

Customer and Card Details: Customer details and card details are stored separately on DPO Payfast's secure site.

Merchant Outlet Country and Currency: The merchant outlet country is South Africa, and the transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Variation: Livia and Co reserves the right to change the agreement without notice.

Use and Damage of Clothing and Late Returns: Customers are responsible for treating the Clothing with care and returning it in the same condition. Any damage or alteration should be reported immediately. Replacement fees may apply for late returns or damaged/altered clothing.

Availability of Clothing: Clothing availability is not guaranteed. Situations beyond our control may affect availability, and customers will be notified in such cases.

Orders and Payment: The Rent Cost is payable immediately using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Cards. Payment is processed through the payment gateway Payfast DPO.

Extending the Rent Period: Customers can request an extension before the end of the Rent Period, subject to approval.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 or more days before the Rent Period start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days will receive a credit note for the Rent Cost, minus an administration fee.

Delivery: Customers are responsible for being available at the delivery address. Delivery fees may apply if customers are not present. Clothing will be delivered on the specified date, and if not delivered as expected, options for extension, refund, or cancellation will be offered.

Refunds for Wrong Size: If the Clothing does not fit, customers must notify us within 4 hours of delivery. Options for a different size or return will be provided, and an administration fee may apply.

Returning the Clothing: Customers are responsible for returning the Clothing on time. Failure to do so may result in late fees. Alternative return arrangements can be made with approval. The Clothing will be inspected upon return.

Events Out of Our Control: In cases of events beyond our control, both parties may not be able to perform under the Terms and Conditions.
