How it works

Renting the outfit of your dreams for your Bridal shower, engagement shoot, or after-party is a smart, simple, and easy way to look amazing without breaking the bank. With no commitment to buying and the convenience of delivery and returns, you can focus on enjoying your special occasion and feeling confident in your outfit. 

 

Choose the item:  Choose a rental start date (the date you would like to receive or pick up your rental) from the available dates on the calendar provided.

Note that Saturdays and Sundays are not available for delivery.

Keep in mind that the standard rental period is 4 days.

If your rental period includes a weekend or public holiday, the collection will be scheduled for the next working day.


Save the date: Book your rental slot on the available dates provided. Remember to choose a weekday before your weekend event for delivery or self-collection. 


Time frame: Select a rental start date and book delivery at least two days before your event. The standard rental period is four days, and collection services don't operate on Sundays.


Self-collection and return from our Pretoria Studio: You can collect your rental anytime between 9am and 5pm on your rental start date. Please make sure to return the item yourself before 1pm on the final day of your rental.

Nationwide delivery: We will deliver your rental between 9am and 5pm on your rental start date. If your event was over the weekend, the rental will be collected between 12pm and 5pm on the following Monday. Otherwise, it will be collected on the fourth day of your rental period.


Cleaning: Please don't clean or alter the item yourself. We handle professional cleaning between rentals. Cleaning or alterations without our knowledge may result in fees.


Returns: If the rented item doesn't fit or meet your needs, contact us for dress replacements or a voucher for future rentals. Notify us within 4 hours of delivery if the clothing doesn't fit. Options for a different size or return will be provided.


Damage: Report any damage immediately and don't attempt to fix it yourself. We'll assess the situation and find the best solution. Customers are responsible for treating the clothing with care and returning it in the same condition.
