Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth rental experience, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. To cancel your rental, please Contact us via email or phone call so we can assist you as fast as possible. 

  Cancellation 30 or more working days before your rental start date:

  • Reschedule your rental for a future date.
  • Cancel your rental and receive a full refund, processed within 10 working days.
 Cancellation within 30 working days of your rental start date  (before item shipment or collection):
  •  Will receive a credit note for the Rent Cost, minus an administration fee.

    Cancellation after item shipment or collection:

    • No refund, reschedule, or cancellation is possible due to incurred costs (delivery, dry cleaning, packaging, etc.). All items are dry-cleaned before they go out to our clients.
    "Pick-up and try-on" option for rentals that don't fit:
    • Credit or refund issued for the rental value.
    • This applies only to items tried on at our premises and does not cover event cancellations.

    If the shipped rental doesn't fit: 

    • If the Clothing does not fit, customers must notify us within 4 hours of delivery. Options for a different size or return will be provided, and an administration fee may apply.
